Proform 505ZLE elliptical cross trainer in Seaton Delaval, Northumberland for sale
This is a brilliant gym quality piece of equipment. I've owned this approx 18 months but it's been hardly used! I paid £550 for this and it still retails for this price at powerhouse fitness. This is a write up from their website: *Foot pedals that are closer together, enabling a more natural stride * 6kg flywheel coupled with a computer controlled, servo assisted, magnetic braking system *Change the incline, and work on different muscle groups. Front 6 kg flywheel and 17 inch stride to provide more natural range of motion * 3 position incline ramp, 20 pre-set programmes, wireless heart rate measurement *Cooling fan, speakers and iFit SD technology for endless programme variations. In addition to the cross trainer, I'm including a polar heart rate chest strap, this is great to see how hard you're working, I'm also including an ifit SD card, which is intermediate level. This is like a personal trainer that talks and encourages you through your workout. You can use the card instead of the preset programmes, which progressively gets harder after each session. As the cross trainer has inbuilt speakers I am including a wire so an MP3 player or iPod can be connected. I'm selling due to needing the space and also because I now have a gym membership.
